✅ Terms of Service for She Wins App

Welcome to She Wins (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the She Wins mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm you are legally competent to enter into this agreement.
2. Services Provided
She Wins connects users with independent professionals (“Advisors”) who offer coaching, insight, and intuitive guidance to support personal growth and clarity. These services are not a substitute for licensed healthcare, legal, or mental health services.
3. Screening of Advisors
We perform an initial screening of all Advisors to assess qualifications and platform alignment, but we do not guarantee results or accuracy. Users should use their own discretion.
4. In-App Purchases
She Wins offers paid sessions and features via Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems, subject to their policies.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Refund requests may be considered for billing errors or technical issues.
5. Advisor Independence
Advisors are independent contractors. She Wins is not responsible for the accuracy of their advice or the outcome of user interactions.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:

Exploiting the App or other users
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to report unauthorized access promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the App are owned or licensed by She Wins and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
She Wins is not liable for any damages resulting from:

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or behavior harmful to the platform or its users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Legal actions must be brought in state court in Connecticut.
